They don't answer the phone, half of them look like there on crack and they don't always give you the straight answer I won't be bringing my Subaru back after this

Been going to Wrench N Time for years. The new management is just as great as the prior. They always take good care of you. They do a careful job and they check with you before beginning any expensive repairs. I trust their professional opinions - they even gave me expert advice when I needed to buy a new car. Can’t praise these guys enough.

This repair shop used to be honest and affordable, but it was sold in February 2022. Now... oh, the new team will fix your car alright. But will mark-up the parts 60% and charge $150 per hour labor (both quoted from the new manager after I ran the numbers and inquired). To top that off, they will replace parts without your consent ("Oh, your air filter was a little dirty, so we just replaced it.'") I call BS on the whole enterprise. $1000+ for a diagnostic test, 4 plugs and ignition coils, bottle of throttle cleaner, and.. an air filter. This little lady will never go back.

I'm back!!! I heard Wrench-N-Time had sold the place, so I tried a different shop. Why?? The other shops claimed they fixed my car, but it kept breaking down. It wasn't until I returned to Wrench-N-Time that an accurate diagnosis was made, the problem was fixed, and I was on the road again. Also, Pete contacted my warranty company and was able to get my repair bill cut in half. AND, on top of that, my vehicle was returned to me on New Years Day! Thanks Pete, Mike and the crew!!

Pete and his crew are outstanding. I would recommend them without reservation. First, and most importantly, they are honest. If your car needs specific work, they will inform you- if not, they will also advise you of that fact. Second, they do quality work and stand behind their work. Thirdly, they are reasonable in terms of price. Best that I have found.

I've been going there for years. It is a God place to have work done on your car. He sold it about a month ago. I haven't been there since the new owners took over so I'm not sure about the quality of work.
