Friendly, knowledgeable, No BS. They fix problems as quick as they can, but check with you before starting any major work that you might be unaware of. Blair and Ken are the best. I will continue to bring all my vehicles here.
Other than having to sit out in the heat, I had a nice visit with wrench and time. I had a problem with a A problem that they fixed a few years ago. Even though it was out of warranty, thet were still able to help me out a lot.
Earlier today, i was getting gas at the Arco Gas station next door to this establishment. A young lady approached me and told me she had locked her keys along with her cell phone in her car. She needed a wire hanger but I didn't have one. I offered to let her use my phone and she called the only number she could remember.... her mom. Her mom was stuck at work and couldn't get away. And I couldn't just leave her there stuck. So I went searching for a wired hanger for her. I asked so many people but nobody had one and honestly....i felt like a lot of people I asked didn't seem to want to be bothered by it even if they had one laying in their back seat. I went to a few of the local businesses with no success. Then I wandered into this mechanics shop. I saved this place for lady because they looked busy and I didn't want to bother them. But when I asked one of your employees if they had a hangar "Mike" chimed in that he would be right there. I was so grateful that this guy without any hesitation went above and beyond what I had merely asked for. He stuck to his word and showed up to help this girl get into her car. AND I just want to say thank you. And I appreciate the way you were there for a complete stranger. That says alot. I wouldn't think twice about taking my car to this business. Cuz that right there shows me that the people who work here, THEY CARE! And that seem hard to find these days.
